Doctor Strange has been in production for a while now, but it’s become something of a lightening rod since filming moved to New York. When we got word a few days ago that Benedict Cumberbatch had wandered into a comic book store in full Doctor Strange garb, we knew things were going to get interesting. And so they have, because amongst all the set photos now we have a new official look at the sorcerer supreme himself. Mark Ruffalo Spotted in Berlin – Is Hulk Gonna Show Up in “Civil War”?

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Hulk is very much the aloof older brother of the group. Sure he’s there for family gatherings and gets on with everyone, but he’s got his own stuff going on and doesn’t feel the need to draw attention to himself. Since no standalone movies have been announced for the mean green machine in Phase 3, it seemed as though we wouldn’t see the Hulk until the next reunion in the two part Infinity War. But there are growing whispers and evidence that Mark Ruffalo will be making an appearance in Captain America: Civil War. “Vacation” Writers Confirm “Spiderman” Gig

If you were anywhere near an Ant-Man screening over the last week or two (check out our review here), then you’ll most likely have gotten a little giggly at the reference to Spiderman in the final few minutes – a two second hint that got arguably as much attention as the post-credits sequence. And who could blame you. The latest MCU newcomer is the talk of the town, and with actor Tom Holland and director Jon Watts nailed down for the project, the Ant-Man nod was a nice reminder of what we’ve got to look forward to in 2017 with Spiderman‘s release. What more could we really ask for this early in the game? Well confirmation that of who’s writing the screenplay would be nice. Oh wait we totally have that!
