After the world première, we get to enjoy some Batman v Superman first reactions. Spoiler alert – they were all positive.

We’re finally winding down to the international premières of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. It’s been an emotional journey from the first time Harry Lennix announced the project through to the spoiler filled trailer trail. But in the end it’s all been leading up to the big reveal and we’re dying for some Batman v Superman first reactions!

Last night we saw the official world première which gave the first batch of non-critics and non-writers a look at the full feature. There have been previous screenings for industry pros but all reactions are being kept under tight lids. So this is the first chance to get some Batman v Superman first reactions from movie-goers and see whether the DC universe on-ramp will live up to its startling responsibilities.

Let’s pull the band-aid off: it all looks good so far. The tweets have by and large been incredibly positive. Some have praised the quality of the film in general while others have made direct comparisons to the premiere of Marvel’s Avengers. Fears have even been put to rest about the trailers that may or may not have let everything slip, as well as the film surpassing Man of Steel which remains very divisive. Special mention should also be made to Gal Gadot, whose performance as Wonder Woman is apparently one of the best parts of the film. But what are we doing? The tweets are below so have a look for yourself:

While the majority of us still have to see Batman V Superman for ourselves, it’s comforting to already see some positive reactions. The fact that the fans are already in love with the DCEU is also big thumbs up for future DC projects – especially the upcoming Justice League movies.
